Pakistani Rangers violated the Cease Fire Agreement (CFA) by unprovoked firing on forward posts and villages along the International Border (IB) in Kathua District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) in India on November 29, reports Daily Excelsior. The firing from across the border in Pansar, Manyari and Karol Krishna in Hiranagar sector started around 9.50 pm [IST], prompting strong and effective retaliation by the Border Security Force (BSF). However, there was no report of any casualty or damage on the Indian side.
