A state-sponsored ‘death squad’ on August 6, allegedly detained six persons from Aaskani area of Turbat town in Kech District of Balochistan and relocated them to an undisclosed location, reports The Balochistan Post. According to the details, Razai son of Dilbo, Khuda Dad son of Bazed, Muhammad Jan, Gohram, Sher Jan son of Gohram and Aazim son of Khalid Dad were detained by an armed group on gunpoint from Aaskani area. Local sources said the perpetrators belong to the Mirza tribe, who many accuse of working as a ‘death squad’ under the patronage of the Pakistani forces.
