Two migrant labourers were injured in a blast-possibly of an unattended shell from an encounter in the Tahab area of Pulwama District in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on July 20, reports Greater Kashmir. The blast occurred when the two non-local labourers were digging the earth where an encounter had taken place in the past and a shell had been left unattended. The labourers were identified as Muhammad Ishtiyaq, son of Mohammad Kareemudin and Ranjeet Kumar Ram, son of Mahinder Ram – both residents of Bihar.
