On February 7, the United States (US) announced USD 10 million for information leading to the location or identification of Sanaullah Ghafari, the leader of the Afghanistan affiliate of Islamic State-Khorasan-Province (IS-KP), reports Al Jazeera. The US State Department while announcing the reward also said that it covers any information that could lead to the arrest of individuals responsible for 2021’s deadly bombing at Kabul International Airport, which was claimed by the IS-KP.
